Shipping & returns

Pick Up
In consultation you can also pick up your order  from us. You can indicate this in the ordering process under "Choose your desired shipping method" by choosing "Pick up (by appointment)". No shipping costs will be  charged. To suggest a date and time for collection, please send an email to: webshop@danielleforrer.nl.  

Pick up at PostNL Location
For the Netherlands you can choose "Pick up at PostNL Location".  You can indicate this in the ordering process under "Choose your desired Shipping method" by choosing "Pick up at PostNL location", based on your address details, the nearest PostNL locations are indicated in the village down menu (choose your desired pick-up point:), then choose your desired pick-up point. Your order will then be delivered to the collection point of your choice.

Shipping / Delivery
timeIf you order before 16:00, your order usually goes to the post the same working day. Occasionally it takes a few working days. You will receive a track and trace code of your package by email, as soon as your order has been shipped. We usually ship with PostNL and this usually takes 1 working day.  PostNL does not deliver packages on Sundays and Mondays. If for whatever reason we need longer to ship your order, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

A shipment with a value of € 75, - or more will be shipped free of charge in NL

Registered parcel shipping € 6,95
A shipment with a value of € 75,- or more will be shipped free of charge in NL

(For all our packages we ask "Signature for receipt".
Packages are only delivered to the specified shipping address.

Belgium
Registered parcel shipping to Belgium € 9.00
For Belgium there is a minimum order value of € 100,- for free shipping

Germany
Registered parcel shipping to Germany € 9.95
For Germany there is a minimum order value of € 150,- for free shipping

Luxembourg
Registered parcel shipping to Luxembourg € 12.50
For Luxembourg there is a minimum order value of € 250,- for free shipping

Denmark
Registered parcel shipping to Luxembourg € 15.00
For Denmark there is a minimum order value of € 200,- for free shipping

Return
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving any reason. After cancellation you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited with the full order amount including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs amount to approximately 6.95 euros per package. For exact rates, check your local carrier's website.

When returning part of your order, both the original and the return shipping costs are for your account. If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product with all delivered accessories and – if reasonably possible – in the original condition and packaging will be returned to Webshop Danielle Forrer. To exercise this right, you must contact us via
webshop@danielleforrer.nl or download the model withdrawal form and then send it to: webshop@danielleforrer.nl

We will then refund the order amount due within 14 days after registering your return provided that the product has already been returned in good order.
