Request a return or withdraw an order

Do you want to return an item or exercise your right of withdrawal?

With your customer account, you can easily submit a return or cancellation request for your order yourself.

Click the button below to log in to your customer account. You will then be taken to your order overview. Select the order for which you want to request a return or exercise your right of withdrawal. Then click 'Cancel items' and follow the on-screen steps.

Returns
You have the right to cancel your order up to 14 days after receipt without giving a reason. After cancellation, you have another 14 days to return your product. You will then be credited the full order amount, including shipping costs. Only the costs for returning the item from your home to the webshop are for your own account. These costs are approximately 6.95 euros per package. For exact rates, consult the website of your local carrier.

When returning part of your order, both the original and return shipping costs are for your account.

If you exercise your right of withdrawal, the product, with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging, will be returned to Webshop Danielle Forrer. To exercise this right, please contact us via webshop@danielleforrer.nl or download the model withdrawal form and then send it to: webshop@danielleforrer.nl

If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than necessary to try the product, we may pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and ensure it is well packaged upon return.

We will then refund the amount due within 14 days of your return notification, provided the product has been received back in good order.
