Meditations 13-03-2025 in Volendam

Thursday evening, March 13, 2025 – full moon – I was in the Stolphoeve Church in Volendam.

That night/Friday morning there was also a lunar eclipse .

The two meditations I gave were recorded. The recording of the first meditation is 50 minutes and 11 seconds long . The recording of the second meditation is 28 minutes and 39 seconds long . Please practice them in that order, with a little time between them. These meditations are best listened to while sitting upright, standing, or walking.

The first Light Force Meditation (50:11) is about:

• Much attention to the tailbone chakra and pelvis.
• Letting go of darkness, so that there is more and more space for light
• Being receptive/opening yourself to light
• Self-love
• Making room for qualities and talents and developing them.
• Let go of beliefs and limiting thoughts that keep you small and allow your power and energy to flow in areas where you still make yourself small.
• Love for yourself and others
  
  

The second light force meditation (28:39) is about:

• Re-admitting old knowledge and skills now that there is more security in the system.
• Letting go of even more baggage and allowing higher resonance
• Renew old forgotten friendships with beings from another dimension, welcome them into your heart and open yourself to help

The image above shows how you can hold the eighth chakra simultaneously with both hands. This stimulates both the flow of cosmic energy and the flow of earthly energy! Both eighth chakras are interconnected. So, by touching the eighth chakra above your head, you also connect with the eighth chakra below your feet.
