Liberation from trauma, fear and powerlessness - Franz Ruppert
On the way to healthy autonomy and love
Traumatic events are often accompanied by feelings of fear, powerlessness, and incomprehension. When these feelings persist, even after the event has long since passed, we speak of traumatization. Trauma impacts people's psychological, emotional, and physical functioning. Seemingly intractable problems in partner relationships, parent-child relationships, at work, and throughout society can therefore be linked to traumatization.
Trauma also impacts subsequent generations. Children experience the unresolved trauma of their parents and grandparents through attachment relationships. This multigenerational aspect of traumatization is one of the important insights described in this book and illustrated with practical examples.
Franz Ruppert developed a more generational psychotraumatology and a constellation method specifically suited to trauma processing, characterized by: establishing a desire, releasing inherited traumatic feelings from previous generations, and accessing the parts of one's own personality that were split off in a traumatic situation. The goal of this trauma therapy is the development of healthy autonomy, enabling people to live self-responsibly and lovingly.
