Use: Discharge gemstones by leaving them on a bed of Hematite overnight, then recharge them for at least 6 hours on a bed of Rock Crystal .

How to discharge and charge with hematite & rock crystal
Place the stones from the charging/discharging set in a bowl or, for example, an Abelone shell.
Hematite is an iron-containing stone that doesn't need to be discharged and is self-cleaning. Rock crystal activates and recharges.
Place the object you want to cleanse and charge on top of the stones. Leave it overnight, and the object will be discharged and charged.
You can repeat this about once a month. In an environment with a high energy imbalance, such as electrosmog, smoking, or stress, it can be done more often, even daily.

How do I clean the charging/discharging set?
Place a glass container containing the stones from the charging/discharging set under a dripping tap in the evening.
Or place it on a windowsill at night to catch the light of the full moon.
Your set will be ready for use again the next morning.
