Can I also pick up an order?

Yes, that's possible. Select pickup when placing your order and let us know when you'd like to visit. We'll contact you to schedule a convenient time.

What are the shipping costs?

Is an order insured?

Yes, we consciously work with insured parcel post shipments.

Can I see when my order will arrive?

Yes, absolutely. Everyone who places an order will receive a track & trace number after confirmation and payment. This allows you to follow the delivery process.

How long does it take to receive my products?

If you order before 4:00 PM, your order will usually be shipped the same business day. Occasionally, it may take a few business days.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a track and trace code for your package by email. PostNL delivers packages the next business day, except Sundays and Mondays. If, for any reason, we need longer to ship your order, we will of course inform you as soon as possible.

Can I return a product like this?

No, you can't return the product directly! Always contact us first before sending anything back. There's a separate page with instructions about shipping and returns . If you have any questions, please let us know.

Can I have an order wrapped?

Yes, that is possible. When completing your order, you have the option to add gift wrapping paper to your order.

Please indicate during the ordering process whether you want the paper loose or actually wrapped. want to have sent.

You sell crystal skulls. Can I trade in or sell my skull?

We're regularly asked if we also buy skulls from private individuals. We don't. Crystal skulls are fragile and sensitive.

We sell only new, high-quality crystal skulls , carefully carved and personally selected.

The VVV Gift Card is a combination of the paper VVV Gift Voucher and the online-only VVV Gift Card. The VVV Gift Card can also be used at the Danielle Forrer Webshop. More information about the VVV Gift Card can be found at vvvcadeaukaart.nl.

Can I use multiple gift cards in one payment?

Yes, Webshop Danielle Forrer accepts the redemption of one or more VVV Gift Cards with an order. Furthermore, Webshop Danielle Forrer does not charge any additional fees for using one or more VVV Gift Cards.

Can I pay for part of my purchases with a VVV Gift Card?

Yes, you can pay part of your order with a VVV Gift Card and the remainder in another way. You can choose from various payment methods when completing your order.



I want to spend part of the balance on my VVV Gift Card. What happens to the remainder?

If you only use part of your VVV Gift Card balance for an online order, the remaining balance will remain on your card.

Can I pay with a photo of my VVV Gift Card?

No, to pay with a VVV Gift Card, you really need the plastic card. This card contains the code you enter online at the end of the checkout process. Our service provider will handle the card payment; you can easily pay any additional costs with another payment method.







Can my VVV Gift Card be topped up again?

No, the balance of your VVV Gift Card cannot be topped up.






Are there any costs associated with paying with a VVV Gift Card at Webshop Danielle Forrer?

No, there are no additional fees for paying with a VVV Gift Card. As Webshop Danielle Forrer, we cover the commission. We don't feel comfortable passing these costs on to our customers. Most people received the card as a gift.








Can I return my order if I paid with my VVV Gift Card?

Yes, you retain the right to return items if you paid with a VVV Gift Card. However, Webshop Danielle Forrer has incurred commission fees for accepting your VVV Gift Card. Therefore, if you pay with a VVV Gift Card, you will receive a voucher from Webshop Danielle Forrer when you return an item.
