K2 Jasper (granite with azurite)

K2 Jasper is found in Pakistan, in the Karakoram mountain range (near the Himalayas). There lies the second highest mountain, namely K2 ('The Holy Grail' of mountaineers). This K2 or K2 Jasper stone originates here. The stone consists mainly of granite, with occasional azurite spheres. In some cases, you will see green speckles of malachite.

Granite is associated with strong, powerful grounding, and azurite with a powerful spiritual connection. Azurite was also very popular in ancient Egypt. The stone is associated with opening and cleansing the third eye and crown chakra, and is used by many in Soul Retrieval.
